1. Expert Cleaning Services:Clean Xpert is dedicated to delivering expert cleaning services. Our team of skilled professionals utilizes industry-approved techniques and state-of-the-art equipment to ensure your satisfaction.

2. Health and Safety:Your safety and well-being are of paramount importance to us. We strictly adhere to all health and safety regulations to maintain a secure environment during our cleaning service. Our team is trained to identify potential hazards and mitigate risks effectively.

3. Damage Policy:While we take utmost care during our cleaning process, accidents are rare but possible. In the event of any accidental damage to your belongings, please notify us within 24 hours of the service completion. Our dedicated team will promptly investigate the matter. If our investigation confirms staff involvement, our insurance will cover the repair or replacement costs.

4. Minimum Price to Serve Customer:To provide you with the best possible service, Clean Xpert has a minimum price to serve each customer. This minimum ensures that we can allocate sufficient resources and time to deliver exceptional results consistently.

5. Booking and Payment:Booking our services is easy and hassle-free. We kindly request accurate information to ensure a seamless experience. Payment terms and details will be communicated to you during the booking process, and we offer secure and convenient payment options for your peace of mind. Upon invoice overdue, the customer has a three-day grace period for  payment or installment settlements. Failure to comply may result in debt  collection, legal action, and a 5% interest rate on overdue invoices.  Customer bears responsibility for debt collection and court charges. 

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling:We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. If you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment, please provide notice within the specified timeframe, and we'll work with you to find the most suitable alternative.

7. Your Privacy Matters:At Clean Xpert, we highly value your privacy and confidentiality. Any information you share with us, whether during the booking process or while providing our services, will be treated with the utmost respect and kept strictly confidential.

8. Trustworthy Staff:We take pride in our trustworthy and professional team. Each team member undergoes a comprehensive screening process, including background checks, to ensure reliability and integrity.

9. Satisfaction Guaranteed:Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, please let us know within 24 hours, and we will promptly address your concerns to ensure you are delighted with our service.

10. Indemnity and Safety:Your safety is paramount. We take every precaution to maintain a safe environment during our cleaning service. In the unlikely event of an accident or injury on our premises, Clean Xpert carries full insurance coverage.

11. Termination:While we hope you enjoy our cleaning service, we understand that circumstances may change. If you wish to discontinue our service, we request a notice period to allow us to make any necessary arrangements.

12. Continuous Improvement:Your feedback is invaluable to us. We continuously strive to improve our services and customer experience. Please feel free to share your thoughts and suggestions, as they help us serve you better.

13. Governing Law:These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising from our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Zealand.
