Cancellation Fee Policy

At Clean Xpert New Zealand, we understand that plans may change unexpectedly, and we strive to be flexible in accommodating our customers' needs. However, to ensure the efficient scheduling of our cleaning services and to fairly compensate our dedicated team members, we have implemented a cancellation fee policy. This policy applies to all service bookings made with Clean Xpert. Please take a moment to review our cancellation fee policy below:

1. Cancellation Notice Period:If you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment, we kindly request that you provide us with at least 24 hours' notice. This allows us sufficient time to adjust our schedule and offer the reserved time slot to other customers.

2. Cancellation Fee Amount:In the event that a cancellation or rescheduling occurs without providing at least 24 hours' notice, a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the total service cost will be applicable.

3. Reasonable Exceptions:We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances may arise, leading to last-minute cancellations. In such cases, we will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis, and if we find the reason for cancellation to be reasonable and beyond your control, we may waive the cancellation fee as a goodwill gesture.

4. Payment of Cancellation Fee:The cancellation fee will be charged to the payment method used during the booking process. If you have pre-paid for the service, the cancellation fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.

5. Rescheduling without Penalty:If you need to reschedule your cleaning appointment and provide us with at least 24 hours' notice, no cancellation fee will apply. We will be happy to find a new suitable time slot for your convenience.
